Project Updates

• BSCPL has established its own mixed concrete (RMC) plant at site along with solid block manufacturing to give highest standards of quality.


• About 17 lacs square feet of buildings to be constructed has been laid and another building of 3 lacs square feet has been under approval.


• Water Treatment Plan(WTP), Sewage Treatment Plant(STP) has been commissioned.


• Roads, Street lights, Securities: Already arrangements had been made.


• Block 10,11 & 13: January 2012.


• Block 14 March-April 2012, Block 30 Handing Over in Process.


• Block 37 - 40: We have submitted application to ASI for NOC for these blocks. As per our meeting with ASI,we expect NOC in next 3 months time and expect these blocks to be ready by January 2012.


• Blocks 51 - 64: Expected date of delivery is March-April 2012.


• Block 23 & 31 February 2012, Block 46-49 may-June2012.


• Block 29 : Expected date of delivery is March 2012.


• Blocks 1 - 9, 17, 18, 19, 21, 24 & 32 already started handing over.


• Blocks nos.11,13,15,16,30 Handing over in process


• ASI has confirmed that survey numbers 413 (Block nos. 15,16,18,19 & 21) is out of ASI.


• Handing over process already started from June 2011 and some families started living in our Bollineni Hillside township.


• BSNL line will ready by July 2011


• Convenio stores will be ready by February 2011


• BSNL had given more than 50 connections.
